I did a foot assessment for plantar fasciitis in March this year and found that the muscles of my foot were slack due to aging. It causes a low foot arch. Foot care consultant suggested me to use customized insoles and do exercise to increase muscle strength. I took advice and have been wearing them for half a year. The plantar fasciitis no longer recurs, and the previous backache and knee pain are gone. It is really worth recommending!
