Premium Sports Health insoles provide a solution to improve athletic performance. The sturdy arch support, deep heel cups, and advanced PORON pads on the forefoot and heel offer excellent shock absorption, stability, and pain relief. The compact design makes it easy to fit into your shoes. Wear it to bring joy to every moment.
We recommend wearing the insoles for 1 hour a day and gradually increasing the time each day to allow your feet to adjust to the insoles.
1. Remove Original Insoles
Remove the shoes’ original insoles
2. Trace the Original Insole
Put the original insole on top of the new insole. Align the back of the heel and the arch of both insoles. Use a pen to trace along the original insole.
3. Trim the New Insole
If necessary, cut your new insole along the line you drew.
4. Insert the New Insole and Enjoy
Insert the new insole into the shoe. Smooth the insoles flat inside the shoes with your hand.
• Use only water or mild detergent. Do NOT use strong disinfectant.
• Do NOT wash the insoles in the washing machine!
• Never dry insoles on ovens, heaters or other sources of heat, this may lead to deforms, warping, or damages to the materials.
