★ WARNING: We strongly recommend starting from 1 hours a day and gradually increase the time each day to allow your feet to adjust to the insoles.
Measure the midfoot length to choose the insoles’ size. Remove the original insoles before inserting the new insoles. After inserting the insoles, smooth the insoles inside the shoes with your hand.
Hand-wash and air dry only. Avoid using washing machine, dryer, hot air, and iron. Keep out of the sun.
