If you would like to have a foot assessment, please make an appointment with us using one of the following options:

Improper foot arches can cause problems such as uneven weight pressure distribution, hallux valgus, and bone misalignments in the body structure. Misalignments in the body can further cause instability to the body, which in turn may result in pain in areas such as the legs, knees, hips, or back. As we age, arches naturally start to fall, which is why older people start to experience pain and aches in knees, legs, hips, and back. Consider the feet as the body’s equivalent to a building’s foundation. If the building’s foundation is weak or unstable, then it cannot withstand stress easily, and the building can easily become damaged, especially as time passes. The purpose of the arch support insoles is to help support your arches to adjust your feet to the proper level and distribute your weight pressure more evenly in order to prevent discomfort later on in life.

Remember: Preventative care is better than treating an existing problem!

Insoles Questions

Arch support insoles are shoe inserts that help adjust the foot arches to a proper height, thus helping the feet maintain elasticity and proper weight-bearing distribution in order to provide comfort.

Anyone experiencing foot pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or other foot-related conditions can greatly benefit from arch support insoles. Even people who may not be experiencing any particular discomfort can take advantage of arch support insoles as preventative care!

Arch support insoles help correct the arches in order to keep the foot elastic enough to absorb shock well. It can also correct misaligned heels in order to improve balance. The materials of the insoles were carefully selected in order to relieve pain and pressure on the foot as well.

We recommend wearing our insoles with sports shoes. However, you can wear it with any shoes with a deep enough heel counter to insert both the insoles and your feet comfortably.

Remember to remove the shoes’ original insoles if possible!

Yes, you can easily remove our insoles and insert them into any pair of shoes of the correct size of your feet. Remember to ensure that the shoes are deep enough for your feet as well.

Hand wash the insoles with mild soap and water, then let them air dry. Do not put the insoles in the washer or dryer.

The lifespan on insoles depend on many individual factors, such as the intensity of activities while wearing the insoles and the weight of the user. With proper care, our insoles can last for at least 12 to 18 months, depending on the type of insoles.

Arch support insoles are intended to help improve comfort, not as treatment. If you are experiencing any serious problems, please contact your primary physician, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider for a diagnosis and to see if arch support insoles are right for you.

Bone and joint-related diseases or bone injuries should be diagnosed and treated by an orthopedic doctor. Discomfort for sports injuries or improper posture should be diagnosed by a rehabilitation physician. If you are experiencing chronic pain, dizziness, or confusion, please seek a neurologist.

Because house slippers wouldn’t be able to hold the insoles in place, we do not recommend wearing our insoles with house slippers.

However, we do offer arch support sandals, which can be used indoors. Check out our Health Sandals!

A foot assessment can help you better understand the condition of your feet and how it affects the rest of your body.  Our foot assessment also allows our staff to better determine what insoles and stretches best suit your individual needs. We highly recommend booking an appointment for an assessment for those seeking to have custom arch support insoles made.

During or after your appointment is made, our staff will inform you on what to prepare for the assessment.

However, we ask all visitors seeking an assessment to prepare for the following in order for us to better serve you:
1. Bring one or more pairs of your most commonly used shoes. Sports or walking shoes are highly recommended.
2. Please wear shorts or pants that can be easily rolled up. Part of the consultation is checking to see if your body structure is aligned, so we will need to take a photo of your knees as a part of the consultation.

For first-time assessments, you also may be asked to fill out a questionnaire describing your foot health concerns prior to your arrival.
