The Gel Metatarsal Strap prevents a concentration of excessive pressure on the forefoot, countering foot problems and diseases such as transverse arch collapse, deformation of the hallux, joint calluses, and forefoot discomfort. The medical-grade silicone material provides more comfort, decompression, and shock absorption effects. The cotton-padded design can be used without shoes and can be used on either foot simply by turning it over.

Wear the pad over your forefoot, with your big toe inside the smaller sleeve. Ensure that the silicone pad is under the sole of your foot. Wear the forefoot cotton pad before putting on any socks.

Hand-wash and air dry only. Avoid using washing machine, dryer, hot air, and iron.
