3 Arch Support Insoles are made with a high double-density PU foam and compression mold, with 100% moisture wicking POLYESTER knitted antibacterial insole cloth, which provides moisture absorption, breathability, antibacterial, deodorant, anti-heat accumulation, softness and high elasticity. Decompression and shock-absorbing resin material is used for the heel to help reduce pressure on the heel and sole while walking and running to avoid pain and calluses while helping the foot maintain a healthy structure. The reduction of pressure on the heel also means that the feet and knees would not experience excessive pressure, reducing the stress on the waist and avoiding pain and skewness in the feet, pelvis, legs, and back. 

The forefoot transverse arch pad supports and reduces the pain and pressure in the forefoot area by providing strong support and decompression of the forefoot to avoid a transverse arch collapse, hallux valgus, pain in the forefoot, and other foot problems.

Measure the midfoot length to choose the insoles’ size, then cut the insoles’ front sides if the insoles are too long. Remove the original insoles before inserting the new insoles.

Hand-wash and air dry only. Avoid using washing machine, dryer, hot air, and iron.
