The Heighten Lateral Health Insoles have a three-foot arch support design that helps maintain a normal shape of the sole in order to disperse the pressure, prevent pain, and prevent calluses. Decompression and shock-absorbing resin material is used for the heel to help reduce pressure on the heel and sole while walking and running. The lateral longitudinal arch side of the heel is raised by 4° angle, to reduce knee discomfort, knee degeneration, and ankle varus problems according to structural mechanics.
The insole is made with a high double-density PU foam and compression mould, with 100% moisture wicking POLYESTER knitted antibacterial insole cloth, which provides moisture absorption, breathability, antibacterial, deodorant, anti-heat accumulation, softness and high elasticity.
Because the arch of the foot tends to be flat and leans inwards during pregnancy as a result of the changes in weight and center of gravity, the heels turn inward when walking, and the feet will widen, resulting in a side-to-side swing when walking. This gait can cause problems for the forefoot, plantar fascia, knee joint and spine. This insole provides pregnant women with arch support and a 4° increase to lateral longitudinal side of the heel to avoid sprains and decompresses the pressure on the foot, effectively controlling the side-to-side swing when walking and reduces the discomfort of the feet and back.
Measure the midfoot length to choose the insoles’ size, then cut the insoles’ front sides if the insoles are too long. Remove the original insoles before inserting the new insoles.
Hand-wash and air dry only. Avoid using washing machine, dryer, hot air, and iron.
