The three arches design of the Heighten Medial Health Insole includes a patented design with a 6° increase in the inner side of the hindfoot to prevent foot abnormalities such as low arches, flat feet, ankle valgus, and knock-knees.

Decompression and shock-absorbing resin material is used for the heel to help reduce pressure on the heel and sole while walking and running. The medial longitudinal arch, lateral longitudinal arch, and transverse arch support pads help shape and maintain a normal foot shape, diffuse the pressure on the arches of the foot, and prevent toe deformities caused by collapsed arches.

The insole is made with a high double-density PU foam and compression mould, with 100% moisture wicking POLYESTER knitted antibacterial insole cloth, which provides moisture absorption, ventilation, antibacterial, deodorant, anti-heat accumulation, softness and high elasticity.

Measure the midfoot length to choose the insoles’ size, then cut the insoles’ front sides if the insoles are too long. Remove the original insoles before inserting the new insoles.

Hand-wash and air dry only. Avoid using washing machine, dryer, hot air, and iron.
