- Our full assessment is $80.00 per session and expected to take an hour per person for the first visit.

We are located at 1661 Hanover Road, Suite #223, City of Industry, CA 91748
- Bring your most commonly used pair of shoes. Shoes you use for work, exercise, or other everyday use is preferred. You may bring additional pairs of shoes, such as dance shoes, as well if you wish to further discuss with our consultant about any discomfort you may feel during other physical activities.
- Please wear either shorts or pants that can be rolled up above the knees.
- Please be aware that in order to accurately assess your feet’s health, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks.
3. Pick up your custom insoles from our store or have it delivered to your doorstep!
- We’ll make your customized insoles for you! Once completed, you can choose between in-store pick up or delivery.
