The Comfort Silicone Full Insole is perfect for athletes and workers that require standing for long periods of time, which aids in combating plantar fasciitis. The insole is made with two different types of soft medical-grade silicone. Remove the original insoles before inserting the silicone insoles. If the shoes feel too tight, please use shoes half a size larger.
